My current practice focuses on treating individual adults. I specifically specialize in the treatment of attachment wounds, anxiety, CPTSD, PTSD, grief/loss, and eating disorders.
Additionally, my second passion is working with couples where I use both a psychoanalytic and Internal Family systems approach to healing. You can expect that I will always take a strengths based/ individualized approach with you as I truly believe that what each human needs in order to heal is very different.
In my free time: I love the outdoors and utilize hiking, nature, and yoga as a stress reliever. Additionally, I love to travel both within the states and internationally in order to expand my perspectives on life.
